Ottoman

Put your feet up with ottomans and footrests from American Furnishings in Dublin, CA. Ottomans are one of the most versatile pieces of furniture you can add to a room — use one as a footrest in front of your sofa or recliner, as extra seating when guests come over, or as a coffee table alternative with a tray on top. Many of our ottomans include hidden storage inside, making them a smart choice for keeping blankets, remotes, or magazines out of sight. We carry ottomans in a range of shapes, sizes, and upholstery options including leather, fabric, and tufted designs. Ottoman — Frequently Asked Questions

What ottoman brands does American Furnishings (Dublin, CA) carry?

Our Ottoman selection includes Homelegance (Fremont Warehouse), Coaster LD Standard, Ashley Furniture, chosen for a balance of quality, comfort, and value. Browse the collection to compare styles and finishes side by side.

How do I choose the right ottoman?

Measure the wall space and leave room to move around it — about 30 inches for walkways. Sit-test for cushion firmness and seat depth, pick an upholstery (performance fabric or leather) that suits kids and pets, and if it has to clear a tight doorway or staircase, measure that too. Want a second opinion? Just contact us.

Do you deliver ottoman items?

Yes. We deliver throughout our local service area and, in most cases, will bring your ottoman inside and place it where you want it. See our shipping & delivery policy for timelines, or contact us for a quote and an estimated delivery window.

Can I finance a ottoman?

Yes. We offer financing options on qualifying purchases, often with promotional low- or no-interest plans. Ask us about prequalifying so you can shop with a budget in mind.

Does my ottoman come with a warranty?

Most pieces are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which typically protects against defects in materials and workmanship for a period that varies by brand and product. Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase, and contact us if you ever need to file a claim — we'll help you work with the manufacturer.

What if my ottoman arrives damaged?

Inspect it at delivery, and if anything isn't right, note it on the paperwork, snap a few photos, and contact us immediately. We'll coordinate a repair, replacement part, or return under our return policy.

Customer Reviews

We were looking for a set of chairs for a dining table but fell in love with this set when looking around in store. It was really easy to build with the detailed instructions provided and got to enjoy the dining table and chairs that same day of bringing home! This set was very affordable and versatile, it can fit in any style home!! The owners of New American Furnishing’s in Dublin were very friendly and helpful without being pushy like other furniture stores I’ve been too.

Highly recommend. Quality furniture reasonably priced unlike so many of the big national brands. Tony is very personable, knowledgeable and made helpful suggestions without being pushy. Everything was delivered when promised.

Great experience from start to finish. We Googled furniture stores in the area after not finding something near us. Walked in and were greeted, other customers walked in shortly after as well. It was nice to see the sales representative spread himself around, asking us all if we had any questions or were good. We decided on a bed set and made the purchase. Pricing was along the lines of other furniture places we visited. We went with the delivery and set up option. Due to the holiday they came the week after which work perfectly for our schedule. On the delivery day they called two hours ahead to confirm our scheduled delivery time and arrived promptly. They were quick! All done within an hour. Very happy with our purchase.

Tony at American Furniture made shopping for new couches an easy, enjoyable experience. He had a great selection, knowledge on all of the different styles, and created a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to ask questions. I have been to big furniture stores whose salespeople trail you around the floor constantly intruding on your space and time... this was not at all like that. Tony's people will even deliver your purchase and take the old furniture with them. Finally, the prices aren't just competitive, but better than the other big stores that I visited. I came in looking for a couple couches and left with a guy I can trust for any future home furniture needs... Tony is the best!
